The driver and vehicle files uploaded and stored in TACHOfresh manually or via RDL can be automatically transferred to the Vision application for analysis and evaluation with the use of "Vision Connect".
The following describes the setup in detail, which can only be performed by service partners:
Log in as a Service Partner
Go to the Menu "Servicepartner" and click on "View all Customers"
then search for the Customer and click on the Name of the Customer
Go to the menu "File upload connection"
In the small section for Vision click on the button Setup
Then you need to enter your VISION member number of the customer
Activate the right button and click save
Important !
Check the entry in the "MemberNumber" field very carefully. Since there is only one common password for access to "Vision Connect", if a valid entry is made but it concerns another customer, the files of the other, non-applicable customer will be uploaded.
