When installing/assigning the telematics boxes installed in the vehicle, in some cases the vehicle may be incorrectly assigned to the telematics box. An example of this is the manual creation of a vehicle with a licence plate number that does not correspond to the licence plate number with which the digital tachograph was calibrated. To identify such cases, there is a special function in the telematics box list that the service partner can call up. These are the selection criteria:

If the VIN, licence plate number and IMEI columns are highlighted in red, this means that the licence plate number of the vehicle in the portal does not match the licence plate number in the received file. You should first check whether the licence plate number entered in the tachograph matches the licence plate number from the vehicle registration. If there is a discrepancy, the licence plate number in the tachograph must be corrected. Once the match has been confirmed, the IMEI must be removed from the old vehicle and linked to the vehicle with the correct licence plate number.Â
