Release 7.8 – Enhanced Live – Enhanced News Function (14 August 2025)
This release includes the following improvements and adjustments:
Enhanced Live
Starting with release 7.8, the new additional feature ‘Enhanced Live’ is available for customers who have licensed the ‘Live’ module. The following link shows the details Enhanced_Live.
New function in the News display (login screen)
Unread news items appear in yellow-orange. Once a message has been read, it is displayed in blue.
Release 7.7- Enhancement driving time report - additional changes (18/07/2025)
The following improvements and adjustments are included in this release:
Driving time report: if a Smart Tacho version 2 is used in combination with a G2.2 driver card, the driving time activities are shown separately for each country in the driving time report if the limit is exceeded
Login: the service partner can specify their own customer reference number for the login. This can be used as an alternative to the previous customer number. The password does not need to be changed.
Live: Vehicles are displayed in clusters on the live map if several vehicles are in one position or close to each other. It is now optionally possible to cancel this clustering so that all vehicles are displayed individually.
Release 7.2 – Various improvements/adjustments (23.01.2025)
The following improvements / adjustments are part of this release:
the shift report is now available for all customers
Transfer of driver and vehicle data to another customer account in TF - please contact our support team
External personnel number - if maintained in the master data - is included in the driver-related CSV report exports
Manually entered comments in the infringement evaluation are also displayed in the driver evaluation
Driver management: instead of ‘last upload’, the ‘last date’ of an activity (from the most recent file) is now correctly displayed in the portal
Release 7.1 - Shift report NEW + various enhancements (21/11/2024)
The following changes and enhancements are included in this release
The new shift report shows all driver activities within the shift. In addition to the start and end of the shift, this includes the shift duration and average values for shift duration, driving times and other activities. The shift report is currently only available in BETA. Please contact your service partner, who will be happy to provide you with access.
The offence evaluation has been expanded so that comments can now also be added to individual offences, which are displayed online and in the other evaluations (pdf, csv)
In the case of out-of-scope and inserted driver card, a possible exceeding of the driving time is no longer displayed as an offence in the offence evaluation, but an offence is only displayed if the working times are exceeded.
The fleet manager now has access to the company cards of the fleet vehicles for which the fleet manager is authorised to access.
The display per licence has been adjusted so that only the menu items that are part of the respective licence are displayed.

Release 6.11 - RDL schedule vehicles and drivers (30.9.2024)
The following changes and enhancements are included in this release:
Schedule vehicles now with display of the vehicles included in this schedule
NEW: Driver schedule - optionally per driver group - with display of the drivers included in the schedule
Adaptation of the RDL schedule view to the current look& feel of the application
Violation evaluation: now shows the same, more detailed explanations in the pdf as the online violation evaluation.
Manual supplement (improvement): If a driver sets a "?" in the manual supplement due to a previous longer absence, this was previously still shown as an offence (= missing manual supplement). The improvement now shows that the manual supplement with activity "?" has taken place and therefore no longer indicates an offence.

Release 6.10 – File Upload via Internet Browser (22.8.2024)
The following functional enhancements are included in this release:
File upload via the Internet browser - TachoListener no longer required for this
Display of live activities for the last 6 months after the telematics box has been removed from the vehicle
Working time parameters for all countries according to EU standard, provided no specific parameters are specified per country
File acceptance of files > 1 year since creation (via TACHOfresh support)
Automatic assignment of new driver files to driver groups: definable per fleet manager

Release 6.8.1 - Introduction of driver groups and expansion of reports(16.5.2024)
The focus of this release is the introduction of driver groups. From now on, drivers will be assigned to a driver group and vehicles to a fleet. This has an impact on the following functions
the dashboard enables the display for selected fleets and driver groups
in the user administration, the assignment of drivers and vehicles is separated according to driver groups or fleets
the working time parameters are no longer assigned to the fleet, but to the driver group
the new "Driver group management" function has been added
the selection criteria for the alarm reports are related to driver groups or fleets
the LIVE display enables the display per individual fleet
Vehicle report
The vehicle evaluation has been adapted in the layout of all other reports and also enables the evaluation of several or all fleets, provided the user has the authorisation.
Border crossing report
The border crossing report has been extended to include manual entries for border crossings from G1 / G2 V1 tachographs.
