All customers of the service partner are displayed in the customer overview. By entering filter criteria, the selection of displayed customers can be reduced or extended. Creating a new customer can be done via a link in the upper left part of the screen. A detailed description of the filter criteria as well as the display data can be found in the following descriptions.
Explanations
Filter Criteria by default all filters are disabled
Customer: selection of a specific customer
License: selection of one or more license types
Support access: customers with or without support access (detailed explanations under Support access in the lower part of this description)
Activated: activated or not activated customers
Locked/terminated: locked or terminated customers
Live 6 M: customers who have booked the option "Display live data for 6 months
Overview
Customer: customer number of the customer
Company name: name of the customer
User name: name of the user with which the service partner can access the customer account
Activated: Indicator whether the customer has been activated or deactivated
Date of activation: the Date on which the customer was activated
Deactivated on: Date on which the customer was deactivated
Locked/terminated: indicator of whether the customer was locked or terminated. The spear/termination of a customer is done in several steps:
Step 1: date of termination is set by the service partner, this is followed by an email to TACHOfresh accounting.
Step 2: TACHOfresh Accounting confirms the cancellation in the system, and blocks e.g. the access by the customer.
License: license activated for the customer
Speed block: indication if the speed data should be downloaded for the customer
Live 6M: specification if the customer has access to live data for up to 6 months
Preferred language: preferred language for the display
Country: indication of the country of this customer. Very important for parameter control, e.g. file extension, fines driving times, working times
Address: Customer address
Phone: phone number of the customer
Boxes: number of boxes installed in vehicles of this customer
Vehicles: number of active vehicles of this customer
Drivers: number of active drivers of this customer
Support access: a "Support" user is created as default for every new customer. This access is intended in particular for support from the service partner's support team. If the customer does not want the service partner to be able to use this access, for example, only the customer's administrator can delete this access. Only the customer's administrator can also set up the support user again. For further details on deleting or reinstalling, see Support User.
Export Customer List
Taking into account the filter criteria, the customer overview can be exported to csv or xls.
