We hereby announce our next RELEASE 6.11 (September 30, 2024) / BETA available 24/09/2024.
You can expect the following changes:
For service partners: under Company Details/License/Retention, you can now activate a parameter to display RDL server information.
If this feature is activated, you can see the RDL server and the slot in which the company card is located in the company card view, both as a service partner and as a customer.
In the case of company cards, you can filter on "validated only". In addition, a new column will be introduced, with which you see when a specific company
card has last reported.
Detailed Infringement Report now shows the same, enhanced explanations in the pdf as in the online infringement report.
Manual Entry (improvement): If a driver puts a "?" in his manual entry because of a previous longer absence, we have counted this in the past as an
infringement (= missing manual entry). The improvement now indicates that the manual entry has been made with activity "?" and therefore we no longer count this case as an infringement.
RDL-Schedule NEW: The RDL schedule is converted to the current TACHOfresh look & feel; RDL schedules can now also be made for individual fleets and
driver groups.
Announcement:
As already mentioned, we are starting with the conversion of old, sometimes not complex passwords to new passwords according to the password requirements stored in TACHOfresh. With Release 6.11, all users who are not yet able to do so will be able to deposit a recent e-mail. In a 2nd step, users with passwords that do not meet the TACHOfresh requirements are prompted by a pop-up window to choose a new, secure password for their own login. Until 16th Oct 2024 this information can still be ignored/skipped. The user can continue to log in. From mid-October (with Release 7.0), the user will be forced to change his password.
Only after a successful password change the user can log in again.
We will provide precise information on which steps to follow when assigning passwords in the news display for users in a timely manner.
