PC with internet connection (min. DSL), optional: Windows administration rights for this PC and possible rights for editing or changing security settings in your company network. Connected USB card reader for inserting the company card, only if the RDL is to be done via a card reader.

Installation of the TACHOListener (see separate menu item). This component enables the communication between the hardware and the online portal and is a prerequisite for uploading driver and vehicle files.

Web browser for setting up and using the programme (Mozilla Firefox, EDGE, Chrome etc).

Ensure that the valid company card (please check expiry date) assigned to the vehicles is inserted in a USB card reader connected to the PC/laptop to which which you have logged in.

Before uploading the vehicle and driver files, a validation of the company card must is required in the portal of the customer for whom the RDL is to be done.

After inserting the company card in the card reader on the PC for the first time, the button for validation is pressed. Afterwards, the icon at "Card ID" should turn yellow. After the TAC has been started via the link to download all vehicles and drivers and the download was successful, the icon should then turn green.

Setting the desired Remote Download - Scheduler : for the driver and vehicle data can be set in the online portal under Administration - Remote Download Scheduler. Default: RDL every 30 days for vehicle data and 14 days for driver data.

No workshop card is inserted in the digital tachograph.
